CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is not refundable when any appointment is cancelled. Must cancel at least 48hrs in advance to be able to put your deposit towards your next appointment. If it is less than 48hrs you will be charged a new deposit to rebook. If you no show, the full amount will be charged. No shows are 100% of service and may result in being banned from booking. Deposits are 100% non refundable (unless I am the cause of the appointment being missed). If you need to change your appointment before the cancellation window, your deposit will be moved. Late fee: There is a 15 minute grace period given. After 15 minutes you will be charged $25. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. All children must be picked up within 15 minutes of the style being finished.
